Anaxee built Project Swaraksha — India’s largest tech-enabled rural vaccination-awareness programme — going door to door to beat hesitancy and get rural India vaccinated. The same field machine can carry your programme to the last mile, at national scale.

In 2021, as India opened COVID vaccination to every adult, rural India hit a wall — hesitancy, misinformation, and the practical maze of CoWIN. Anaxee answered it on the ground.
We deployed trained local Digital Runners to go house to house: counselling families one-on-one, busting myths in their own language, registering them on CoWIN, booking slots, and making sure they actually got vaccinated. Every visit was logged on the Anaxee app, and runners were paid for each verified vaccination — accountability built in.
