Why join Anaxee? The honest version
Every company says it is changing the world. Here is the unvarnished case for building your career at Anaxee — what the work actually is, who it is for, and who it is not.
We are building something that barely exists
Most companies are either deep-tech or deep-field. Anaxee is both. On one side, we build our own apps, dashboards and AI — models that read a photo from the field, clean messy data, and flag a visit that never happened. On the other, we run one of the largest last-mile human networks in the country: 40,000+ Digital Runners who can reach 540 districts and 11,000+ pincodes across Bharat. Almost nobody sits at both ends of that. If you want to build software that moves real people in the real world, there are very few places like this.
The work leaves the building
It is easy to ship features nobody uses. Here, what you build shows up in a village that was invisible on most companies’ maps the day before. We have worked with 350+ brands and run projects that reach lakhs of people — across retail, agriculture, climate and public health. The scale is not a vanity number; it is the point. Your work has somewhere to go.
From Indore, for all of Bharat
We are built in Indore, and we are not apologetic about it. A National Startup Award, national-scale operations, AI built in-house — all from Central India. Too much of the region’s best talent still assumes the only serious work happens in a metro. We want to be the counter-example: proof that you can do the biggest work of your career without leaving home.
You will own more than your title suggests
We keep teams small and responsibility large. People here take a problem end to end, early — the kind of ownership that usually takes years to earn elsewhere. That is energising if you want it, and uncomfortable if you do not. We think it is the right trade.
Who thrives here, and who does not
People who are at home with ambiguity, who would rather build than wait for a perfect brief, and who care whether the thing actually works in the field — they do well here. People who want a narrow lane, a fixed script, and someone else to own the outcome usually do not. Neither is wrong. It just helps to know which one you are before you apply.
The mission is not a slide
Digitize Bharat gets printed on a lot of decks. For us it is the actual job: putting real services in front of the people the internet mostly skipped. If that sentence does something to you, we should talk.
