Covid Vaccine Incentive plan for Rural India – May 2021

Objective

1. Ensure Covid Vaccination of Rural people living in Villages (below <10000 population)
2. Spread awareness about benefits of Vaccination
3. Assist rural people (farmers, labor, etc.) get registered on the Co-Win website, assist them in booking appointments, and then ensure they actually get vaccinated.

For this exercise, the Indore-based company Anaxee Digital Runners is proposing the use of their Digital Runners network. The Digital Runners will be given incentives if they assist local villagers in going through the vaccination process (Register>Appointment>Vaccinate)

Target People & Geography

• Target villages with <10000 population for this project
• Rural residents with 45+ year age will be on priority
• All Rural residents of 18+ year age will be considered
• State: MP as first priority, and then Bihar, then UP

Digital Runners

What is incentive for Digital Runners?

Digital Runners will be paid an incentive:

• Rs.20/- for every appointment booking and
• Rs.30/- after actual Vaccination

Each step will be monitored by Anaxee’s Mobile App, and complete transparency will be kept throughout the process.

In total, a Runner can earn Rs.50/- for every unique villager vaccinated via his/her assistance.

Other expenses: Anaxee will incur expense of Rs.20/- + Tax for keeping track of each vaccination, back office coordination and quality check.

👉 Around Rs.75/- will be total amount spent on every vaccination

Anaxee is inviting sponsors who would like to participate in this noble cause. We are inviting industry bodies like CII, NASSCOM, TiE, ASSOCHAM, FICCI, CSR arms of various corporates, Govt. organizations, NGOs, Industrialist, Community Leaders to donate for this cause.

You can sponsor for 1 Villager or for 1000s of Villagers – all kind of help is invited

Process?

Anaxee will assign relevant villages to Digital Runners who are interested in executing this project in their nearby areas & surrounding villages. Runners will follow these steps:

1. Meet villagers and explain them about benefits of Covid vaccine, encourage them for Vaccination
2. Collect relevant contact details to facilitate their Registration on GOI Co-WIN website.
3. Keep track of nearby Vaccination centres, Camps and availability of slots on those centres
4. Book appointment for the Villagers whenever possible
5. Inform Villagers after booking the appointment
6. Make efforts to ensure Villagers actually get vaccinated

All these Step 1 to Step 6 will be tracked using technology by Anaxee
